- The Architecture Portal: Empowering Teams To Do Things Right: When we build to a shared vision and leverage a set of robust standards and frameworks that target security, compliance, and resiliency, we will not only build secure and resilient applications, but also reduce rework and redundancy. Using technology and innovation in Architecture, we promote re-use and ensure that new technology aligns with the enterprise shared vision of future technology goals.
- Building and Testing Eno, Capital One’s Intelligent Assistant: At EP2 we built a Conversation Platform powering Eno, Capital One’s Intelligent Assistant with a 43 million user base.
So what happens when a customer asks Eno a question? We’ll briefly describe the sequence of events and the components involved in this process, then demo how the “Eno Simulator” tool allows for extensive integration and regression testing processes of the entire system end-to-end in the final steps of Eno’s new features or use-cases development process.
- An Overview of Server-Driven Customer Experiences for the Capital One Mobile App: Elevate Engine (E3) is the "brain" that connects our backend systems to create cohesive, server-driven experiences for our mobile app clients, servicing tens of millions of mobile customers. We would like to show our audience what happens behind the scenes when they log in to the Capital One Mobile App. We will describe the events that occur to provide a dynamic experience, custom to each mobile user. We will also show how E3 can support test variations of an experience against a control group to see how our customers react to the given experience. At the end of the presentation, we will include a demo of E3 driving an experience in the Capital One Mobile App.
- Account Summary, The Heart of Capital One’s Digital Customer Experience: Seven out of ten times that customers log into their account it is to simply view their account summary. In this demo, you’ll get a look at how we build an omni-channel experience for approximately 40 million monthly active users to have a holistic view of their Capital One account across different financial products. You’ll also get a preview of how we are leveraging the latest platform technology to serve our customers what they need so we can build a dynamic experience that drives digital engagement and customer satisfaction.
